However, some exercises simply gives you a good pump on the muscles. Those are usually the times where my veins starts poppin’ outta’ nowhere. I usually get a very painful sensation whenever I do plateau-busting exercises such as high volume or high intensity workouts. However, some exercises simply gives me a good pump. I used to go 4 or 5 times a week, but now I go 3 times, and have soccer training on 2 nights, so I go to the gym Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and soccer training on Tuesday and Thursday.
