I’m not a small guy, a little stronger than average if I do say so myself. I just want to be stronger though, I was just wondering if anyone on here that has some muscle on them and some workout experience had any training secrets/techniques?

    1) EAT a lot off food with protein but not much fat IE chicken and egg-beaters
    2) Do loads of pull-ups, free weight curls, tricept extensions, shoulder lifts, and pectoral exercises. Avoid the bench press as it does not target any specific muscles very well. Always do 3 sets of 6 repetitions at high weight (by the last rep your muscles should be SHAKING with strain and muscle burn): trust me, the usual 10 reps with lower weight only mediocre burning DOES NOT CUT IT when you are going for true bulk.
    3) ALWAYS alternate the type of exercise you do every week…for example switch from arm curls to rowing exercises to work your bicepts….keeping your muscles from getting comfortable with just one exercise will keep them tearing and growing larger.
