Enjoy.
Avoid cardiovascular excercise(running) while building muscle. You’ll shrink the muscle. You gain by lifting heavy weights for less reps. You gain while your resting.

wide arm push-ups will help you to build muscle in your chest and burn chest fat. regular push-ups will work chest and triceps. close handed push-ups will mainly work triceps.

I dont know anything about nipple fat but i do know that my breats are like all muscle…
i do all of these pushups:
-regular (hands shoulder width apart)
-wide arm (hands wider)
-tricept (hands shoulder width but when you bend your elbows keep them by your side)
-diamond (hands touching)
-mountain/pike (make your bottom high in the air and try and get your head to the floor and back)
-clap pushups (regular pushups but pop up nd clap between each one)
-sequence pushups HARD (do like clap pushups hop to each position. (regular, clap, wide arm, right arm above head while left arm around chest, then switch that same one, then right one arm, left one arm)
try doing those. i usually do 10 of each everyday.

burning chest fat is more due to overall diet and cardio. You cant spot reduce. My suggestion is to do pushups with varying hand placement to hit the chest.
Wide hands tends to focus on the chest, narrow or diamond hit the triceps an front shoulders more. Also do decline with your feet up on a platform of some sort to hit upper chest.
As far as sets, a total of 16 sets of 20 pushups at varying angles and widths with a day of rest in between will give you results. eventually you will have to add more than body weight to get bigger.
