    protein foods..such as meat and eggs. they will help you build muscle

    protein, protein, and protein,
    tuna, salmon, chicken breast, cheese, hard boiled eggs (i eat just the white part though), protein drinks/shakes, if your wanting to lose weight i would stick to around 1500 cals a day, especially if your trying to gain muscles, your muscles need that energy..calories arent ‘bad’ like some people think.you jsut have to eat the right ones, like the 200 cals you might get out of a chicken breast is alot better than a 200 cal candy bar
    so stay away from junk food and just eat fruits and vegges and lean protein (like what i said above) and you should notice results in a few weeks..
