eat lots of protein and vegetables. Eat until you aren’t hungry anymore. And make sure you get lots of vitamins and minerals. (and CALCIUM!)

Protein…peanut butter is a good one. Depends on how much your working out and how intense the workout is. That will determine how many calories you need also. If I need what your workout was going to be like I could give more information.

protein rich foods, protein is the building block of muscle without it it would be next to impossible to get any tone or muscle gain.

    include protein in every meal

chicken is the best source of protein really
    any fish
    beans
    peanut butter
    eggs

    are all high in protein

    e.g
for breafast have toast and an egg

    lunch
    chicken sandwich

    dinner
    fish/chicken with whatever else

eat carbs 1-2 hours before working out to give you energy. eat protein and carb (1:4) in the 2 hours after exercising, or you can drink protein shakes instead

protein. And eat it withing 45 minutes of the end of your workout. Make sure that you also eat plenty for breakfast, (especially on workout days). If you take off days during the week, eat it for breakfast and lunch those days.

The most important thing though is to eat it within 45 minutes of the end of your workout.
