It depends on your specific needs. Are you extremely skinny and need to get mass, or are you chubby trying to lose body fat and build bulk?
If you’re skinny…
Go with either Whey Gold Protein or Pro Complex gainer (if you really need to get bulk fast).
However, just eating the protein won’t give you mass. You need to be on the proper diet and doing the proper weight lifting routine. Doing push ups and drinking protein shakes won’t bulk you up.

Kid, if you eat at least 6 ounces of meat per day, and take your vitamens, and eat salads you’re good to go ok?
I’m an old drill sgt from way back when- you don’t need those fancy stuff, what you need is endurance- I’d rather have a soldier who can run 4 miles and do 40 pushups and 40 situps than a kid who can do 80 pushups and 80 situps but can only run a mile.
Follow the Navy SEALS guidelines ok? Good Luck
Pamela
If you’re not trying to bulk up right now, you don’t need a protein supplement. For lean muscle, just take in whole foods protein from low fat sources. Fish, i.e. tuna, works great. There are about 32 grams of tuna in a can. The human body really only needs about 50-60 grams of protein per day to sustain or even build a little lean muscle. And don’t kid yourself, protein alone will not help your push-up score. You have to work on push-ups. Sounds obvious, but you’d be surprised. Try the two-minute push-up: Start in the front lean and rest (the push-up position, looking forward, arms locked out, fingers extended, palms flat, without sagging or arching in the middle of your back). Take one full minute to reach the down position, without touching the floor, and go back up slowly, taking one minute to reach the up position. Rest for 1-2 minutes between repetitions, complete. Do this 4 or 5 times every other day, and it WILL help. Avoid overtraining. Doing too many push-ups too often will ultimately hurt your score. Good luck!
P.S. Also remember, when you reach the down position, your arms should be bent at a 90 degree angle, with your upper arm parallel to the floor. Depending on which branch of service you are applying to, if any, you should check with your recruiter regarding the standard. Some services want your elbows extended out away from your body, some don’t mind if they’re tight in against your body.

300 mg of creatine and 200 mg of lipoic acid twice daily. Google both and you will see what they can do for you. Many powdered protein drinks contain the same things along with other stuff you don’t need and are expensive. Always follow directions.

Because i am vegetarian, i used protein shake like EAS after workout to get the nutrition i needed it. I guess it worked for me. a few month after i begin to drink them, i was able to increase my push up by twice the amount. It help me pass my Navy IFA last week.

Whey is the highest quality and the chocolate blend tastes pretty good. What you have to do is work on your protein synthesis otherwise it’s all a waste. There are natural supplements to help. A favorite of bodybuilder is Nandralone or Decca but I wouldn’t recommend that unless you want to blow out your liver.
