building muscle

I want to get in shape, but i want to know which way is faster and easier to make my body look like im in shape. Is it faster to build muscle or lose fat ? and which one is easier?
which one will show results faster?
both true, but do you think it would be worth it to build some muscle and lose a bit of stuburn belly fat?
I am going to get in shape either way, so should i just lose the belly fat i have, or do you think it would be worth it to build some muscle?

    Well when you build muscle, your speeding up your metabolism so your burning fat aswell.

    I think building muscle is a longer and harder process though – but not to say that losing fat isnt.

    I have lost fat, but I’ve never gained muscle.

    losing fat is easier
    by far
    lost 55 pounds in 3 months
    gained 38 pounds back….30 of that is muscle and 8 of it is fat…gaining muscle is hard as fuck…gotta eat all the time…gotta workout all the time…and you have to push your body to the limit every fucking day…and you get fat in the process….and this has taken me 5 months
    only 40 more lean pounds to go…till im 200 pounds with a low bodyfat at 5’4
    id go down the fat path and go from there…if you wanna get bigger or stronger
    do it but beware…it sucks…

    btw…muscle doesnt really burn fat…i mean it kinda does but
    why do you think bodybuilders go on cutting and bulking phases
    cutting to cut as much fat as they can and save as much muscle as possible
    and bulk to add as much mass as they can…cuz if it shedded fat…bodybuilders wouldnt be fat in there bulking phases lol
    and i wouldnt have this gut thing right now id be walking around with a 6 pack like every other muscle bound meathead lol

    Aerobics is the easiest way to lose some fat fast and shape up those muscles. You can combine them with resistance exercises to get the muscle tone you’re looking for.
