Low Reps – High Weight = More Muscle Mass
High Reps – Low Weight = More Toned Muscle

I would need to know some more about you -age conditioning level-etc. but as a rule low reps high weight builds mass -not sure that’s what you want for arm wrestling though -unless your strategy is to rip the other guy’s arm off in 10 seconds or so -I would concentrate on curls and deltoid work .Without shoulder strength nothing is possible-do 30 -40 reps of 50lbs for curls then do isolated muscle work for the various shoulder muscles-sorry about how lame this answer is but you didn’t give much to go on …

Low reps for strength, high reps for toning, but I have a better workout, I do my 20 rep maximum, 15 rep max, 10 rep max, 5 rep max 3 rep max then 1-2 rep max with 1-2 minute breaks in between and it builds strenghth good, I did it almost every other day(usualy every day) for 2 weeks and gained 20 pounds max bench
