I am lifting weights every day this summer, but I don’t actually know what works best for muscle gain, and increasing strength and muscle mass.

    Muscle strength is done by lifting weights but doing it every day is counter productive since the muscles do not have the chance to rebuoild and grow. Lift weights every other day, aerobic exercises every other day, and rest one full day.

    Men’s Health Magazine has a bunch of routines that you can look into.

    Most af the fitness magazines have some sort of routine/circuit to follow.
