Every person is a little different but the extremes I wouldnt exceed would be 60%carbs/15%fat/15% protein and 40%carbs/30%fat/30% protein – go lower than that on carbs and your muscles will not be juiced enough, go higher on protein and there is no way your body will be able to process it.
If your pounding 30% protein you better be doing some serious holocaust on your muscles.

All of your sources should be good as always, whole grains for complex carbs, pure simple carbs(fruits), lean proteins(chicken/tuna/salmon), making sure you get omega 6s and 3s, mono and poly fats(olive oil, avocado, etc).

Once you start eating well it will stick with you for life.
