That’s all you really need, is food with high in protein. Eat you a bag of beef jerky, workout, and then eat you another bag of beef jerky.

All the above…but when you do eat meat, just make sure that it’s as lean as possible…

yes definitely foods with protein. meat. lots of that. you can get pills to help you with that you know? and then you could just eat them with your normal foods. they do something with the muscles and tendons and amino acids or something. ok you might not want to listen to me. im retarded. lol. =]

Lot of red meat and leafy green vegetables. Also, protein drinks and excersises for where you need the muscle. Just don’t do the steroid route, my nephew did that and he got the muscles but then when he stopped, he looked like a deflated balloon. Do the work, eat the food and keep working out. It may take awhile, but by summer you should be packin’ a 6 pack!

Dont forget to add fiber to your diet. 45-50 grams per day is an average.

    Almonds and other nuts
    Beans and legumes
    Spinach and other green vegetables

    Diary (fat-free milk, yogurts)
Instant Oatmeal (no sugars or flavors- regular flavor)
Eggs ( eating egg whites for breakfast )
    Turkey and other Lean meats

    Peanut Butter
    Olive Oil
    Whole Grain Breads and Cereals
    Extra Protein (whey)
    Raspberries and other berries

Incorporate atleast 80% of these types of items into your food consumption daily and with an excellent workout 4 – 5 times a week 1-1.5 hrs a day. Eating 5-6 small meals a day.
