i just started working out recently (within last 2 months) and i was just wandering what were the best upperbody workouts for building muscle fast, also how many days should i work out before having a rest day? what kinds of food are the best for muscle growth and things like that any info you have would be great . thank you

    use dumbells-they work your smaller motor muscles and that increased musle size-strength-coordination. And believe it or not-check the old workouts of the past lifters-they knew more than we give them credit for. I have been using some very old-time movements and seen huge improvements. Also work the negatives and perform all movements in good form and SLOWLY -Food, proien and carbs-powders are good too but I like Turkey and Pork-steak is too expansive and hard to get a good cut these days.     dumn bells… use them like u r bench pressing n u will b ok (remember 2 eat when u build muscle)

    Every other day. There should have been instructions with the weights.
