I don’t have much time ot my self what with school and homework and all. Are there any exercises i could do in like say 30-40 Min’s to help get me into shape and build some muscle?

    For starters, the basic workouts work the best. For instance benchpress, pullups, squats, military press, barbell curls, skull crushers. Best
