elite protien shake from whey , chocolate flavor !! its helpful for building muscles ! they have some carbs too…

if you want something without carbs, then go for isopure… but it costs almost double [in cost] and is preferred for those who want to loose weight and skin tighetning etc stuff !

Depends on how old you are and what you can use.

16-23: Creatine(Phosphagen HP-EAS), L-Glutamine (EAS), Amino Acids (Prototype 216-Muscletech), HMB (EAS), ZMA (EAS), D-Ribose (TwinLab)

    24- +: ProHormones (Anabol-5 -Nutrex, ExtremeTren), Test Boosters (Novedex XT, T-BOL), Nitric-Oxide (NOXplode, NaNOX9 – Muscletech)… and everything in 16-23 age group.

You’ll get big if you take them according to label. Cycle them and train hard.

    Good luck!

You should really stick with whey. The exercises you do, and the amount of resistance/weight you along with the number of reps will determine what kind of muscle you build.

I don’t know how old you are, but taking testosterone boosting supplements and steroids will really mess up your body in the long run. You will be one of the guys in a ED commercial. (i assumed you were a male for some reason).

If you want to be a lean mean something something machine, use low weights for a bunch of reps when you’re lifting. Take your protein after your workout and then don’t eat for a couple hours, just drink water.

number one PROPER NUTRITION! 2.) Creatine is a very good volumizing product. Pro-hormones and all the marketing is garbage! Get what you pay for!
