Hello!

Since the one above me answered the nutrition portion, I will go more into the workout portion. Two of my favorite workouts are P90X and Vince Delmontes workout programs. They both are kick ass muscle gaining programs that will leave your old body behind.

One of the things you really want to incorporate into your workouts is differentiation. Make sure to change things up every few weeks. This will help in avoiding major plateaus. Work more than one muscle group is another option is you don't have much time.

If you want to get started and not have to purchase something, you should check out the two awesome workouts Vince is giving away free right now.

good luck and have fun

I can help with the nutrition part. Protein shakes are good. Also there are all-natural teas you can drink for energy and mind clarity for your workout. A safe and healthy alternative to energy drinks (rockstar, monster, red bull, etc.). For more info or to get products email me at. Also check the site, Great stuff for a workout. And with building muscle mass your gonna wanna do heavier weights with less reps. In contrast, strength training and toning will require you do lighter weights more repetitively.
