my BMI is in the normal range, so i just want to tone and lose a little belly fat, so should i build muscle, then do cardio in a couple or weeks, or should i do both at the same time?
i have been doing both, but it doesn’t seem to get me results
what should i do?

to lose your belly fat you’ll need to do some cardio !!
(30 min jogging)

Yes you should be doing both but what you have to realise if you have been doing it for a while your body may be use to it which happens, after that you have to increase the intensity to shock the body and as a result it will react to it by burning more energy (which will ideally be fat if you have been eating right) and getting stronger. Overall cardio would be better as this is what burns the most fat.
