Not sure about the golf part of the question but a diet high in protein low fat can build muscle. sometimes it takes awhile to see results depending on the work out routine you choose.. Don&#039;t go by the scale, Muscle weighs more, go by how you feel and how your cloths fit. And as always check with your Dr. before starting any workout and drastic diet change.
