BAD INTENTIONS asked:
I’m 5′10 170 pounds, I’m in good physical shape I’d just like to get more ripped but still keep my weight relatively low (180 pounds at the most) but look much more ripped than I am now. Would the atkins diet be good for this?

Atkins is mostly for weight loss, but its mostly protein which is good to loose fat and build lean muscle.
Don’t overdo it on too much red meat and high fat foods, tey to incorporate fresh veggies and fruit cause you need the fiber.

The Atkins diet is a disaster for someone with your intentions of building lean muscle. It can sap your strength big time and cut into any gains in size that you are trying to make right now. Try to avoid cutting carbs very much when you are trying to build muscle.

No! You don’t need to get on a diet. Just change your eating habits.

I think the anabolic diet or a CKD type of diet would work best for your goals, not Atkins.
Check out these types of diets here
Hope that helps!
P.S. Unless you are naturally a Mesomorph… hit the cardio machines to get ripped! More info on the site about this as well.
