I just started working out and have been taking protein and creatine and have nearly doubled my caloric intake to help gain muscle mass and gain weight but will gaining weight from these supplements and extra calories make it harder to get a six pack? How can i get sculpted abs and gain weight in the process?

You can bulk up and lean out, but you can’t do both at the same time.

Here’s a good site that really showed me what I was doing wrong. It has great tips and exercises that helped me out…

    Good luck!

You already have a six pack however, it is hard to see it when a layer of fat is covering your stomach. Infact, this is the case with everyone. To get sculpted abs you MUST lower your body fat percentage. I suggest in your case that you mix a specialised diet with interval weight training, to gain muscle weight, and lower your body fat percentage. Hopefuly this way you will gain weight, and slowly start to see your abs.

This is the exact process I used, and it worked a charm for me.
