building muscle
Jason S asked:

I’m 5’11, 18 years old, 64 kg, male. Let’s say I eat 3200 calories during the day I work out instead of the 2500 calories I’m supposed to eat. will the extra calories go into building muscle or will it all go to fat?

does sugar, fat and fiber turn into muscle? no, it’s protein that helps build muscle. so you probably will gain a bit of weight, but not so much that you will be thrown of course.

Well your body will only use what it needs immediately, the rest it will store in fat for reserves.

If you eat mainly protein you will be set. Stay away from the carbohydrates before and after working out.
