Im 13 years old, 51 110 pounds. I want to start packing on and getting ripped muscles. I want help on a weight training regime and diet plan. I don’t want any crap about me being too young ok.
Proper advice would be appreciated.

    Go to the gym at least 4 times a week to build adequate muscle. Switch muscles used so you don’t lift them two days in a row (I.E. give them 24 hours rest)
    Eat lean meats and other foods high in protein for premium muscle gain.

    your too young. If you ever have to say i dont want to hear im too young odds are you probably are. You won’y have enough testosterone yet to start building serious muscle btw. just wait dude :]

    Do Pull ups and Lats pull machine.
    Those exercises stretches your back ( broader shoulder and back) and develop mass muscle. They also help getting taller.
    Don’t do squat, that is too much pressure and will stunt your growth!
    You want to get taller and ripper? Do pull ups, lats down, dips. Exercises that uses your own body weight basically, good luck.

    Listen to me when i was young it wasn’t that regime sh!t all we did was do pull ups,push ups, and sit ups at that age and ate three meals a day and ran allot at that age but we was dedicated this 1 kid became a full fledged body builder so at that age do what i said and be for real about and you will get that body you want hey they do that shit in jail and come out cock D

    I am a 13 yr old girl and I have a six pack- which I know is weird but I didn’t like work out or any thing- I did stuff like climb trees and run for hours- jump rope and stuff- but if you want to look hot and ripped and stuff start with chin ups/ u can use a tree branch/ sit ups and push ups-like 25 of each per day for the first week/ than add five every week and by the end of the summer you will be to hot! Ps try a sport – pss you can eat anything you want as long as you eat it in sane amounts
