hey teah,
you need to burn calories and eat correctly. You want to keep your nutrician up and calorie intake properly balanced. But remember that muscle also eats fat and helps burn it. you can stay tone with light weights, and 12-15 reps, it’s important to keep the muscles moving and fed. i always take a protein drink, but depending on my goal might cut back on the number of grams I intake. The whey protein from the site below is the best i have found. check out the site, they also have some links on good smoothies. Good luck

Use small weights or simply body weight and aim for high number of repetitions.Try tricep kickbacks, overhead presses and tricep dips on a chair or the floor. Depending on your strength you can use a 4-8 lb weight.
If you want to firm your chest then you may need weights- try chest presses, flys and overhead extensions. I generally aim for a moderate weight on my chest. You can also do push-ups for your chest and triceps- Military style for chest primarily and hands close to body for a tricep pushup. I should say that weight training for chest and triceps in general is working the opposing muscles to biceps and weight size should not have a major effect on bicep size as the areas being activated are elsewhere.

the jiggle is lack of muscle you should just turn that into muscle by doing a small work out for your arms you dont have to work out like 80 hours a week and be all ms. muscle but you want the fat to turn into muscle so it doesnt jiggle what else do u think prevents that? lol (lack of annoying arm jiggle is muscle)

i don’t think you should be worried too much about building muscle. As long as you don;t pump iron every day and use any illegal supplements you are very unlikely to build serious muscle, you can just tone it. you don’t have the hormone that guys have that make the muscles grow.

Everybody wants to look their best and what better way than to go on a lose weight. Losing weight can be a boring experience but it is important to avoid boredom at all costs. That way you stay focused. The other important thing is to have the drive to lose weight. Go ahead and find something that will motivate you. Visualize yourself succeeding and then actually take action. It is that easy.
So in order to lose weight and look great you need to diet correctly. Do this by eating healthier foods. You may want to cut back your calorie intake but not to the point where you feel out of energy and hungry all the time. To avoid hunger you should eat frequently so that you stay satisfied all day. This technique also boosts your metabolism so that you burn more fat and feel better. Eat clean foods that are not high in fat and sugar. Consume foods like fruit, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, beans, and lean meats.
Start a work out program so that you burn more calories. Try to get at least twenty minutes of exercising in each day. You can also take a day off each week. I find it is easier to Work out during the week days and then take the weekend off. Just start working out slowly and then progress. Once you get in shape it will be much easier to burn off more calories. Dieting to lose weight does not have to be a boring task.

Once a week, make a habit of washing something thoroughly – could be floor, windows, shower cabin, bathroom tiles, car, etc. It helps in burning out about four calories for every minute spent in cleaning.
Take a walk before dinner and it’ll not only burn calories, but also cut down your appetite.
Prefer not eating with a large group as we tend to eat more when we eat with other people, probably because we spend more time at the table. When eating in groups take a note of time and leave the plate, as and when you have had enough.
Skip watching TV for an hour and go for a walk instead. Or else, you have now time to finish your domestic chores.
