Okay my thighs are 22 inches around and my stomach is 36 inches around. I want my legs to be thinner before I go on vacation witch I am going on in 4 weeks. Some one please help me and if you need more info/details let me know. Oh and I am 52 and a quarter and i weigh 132 pounds. Help me please.

    I’m not an expert, but I would say just eat small, healthy meals throughout the day instead of 3 large meals. Cardio (running) will probably give you the best and quickest result in your legs and help shed some of the weight in your stomach at the same time. Do crunches or ab workouts everday to tone your stomach and drink LOTS of water!!

    In 3-4 weeks, you are not going to lose much, but you do need to exercise and diet. Walking will be good for your thighs. Muscle will keep them from jiggling when you walk, so don’t worry about it. Healthy dieting will help work on your waistline, and you could probably lose 10 pounds in four weeks, which is one dress size.

    You need to target the muscles in your thighs to tone them and get them thinner. My wife had the same problem with the thighs being an issue. Doing a specific group of workouts may help you. This article lists 10 exercises to help you with the thigh area. Good luck and hope it helps!
