How can I learn proper weight training with dumbbshells? Or can I build muscles any other way w/o trainer?

swimming will only tone the muscles you got
you cant do weight training with out wieght unless u use an alternative like buckest of water and lifting them

theyre called dumbells and they can be effective but they require someone to help u and they can be costly and consume space in your house (unless u go to a gym) but i only do push ups and sit ups and i have a fit body even tho i eat alot of fast food after school

“answer 2 ur question;;; yes u need 2 use weights 2 build muscle;if u dont want 2 b bulky,just use light weights 2 tone ur body;dumbbells exercise the arms;u need 2 workout on the other parts of ur body aswell;swimming,badminton,or tennis,
great workouts,no good if u hav muscles in ur arms n the rest of ur body looks like a sack of potatoes;;
