Hannah B asked:

I don’t have the machines and I don’t want to pay membership for gym because it costs too much. Is weight training necessary to build muscles? Or can I focus on a sport? And which would be best? Swimming seems interesting.. My goal is just to have a toned body and to correct my posture.

    theyre called dumbells and they can be effective but they require someone to help u and they can be costly and consume space in your house (unless u go to a gym) but i only do push ups and sit ups and i have a fit body even tho i eat alot of fast food after school :x

    “answer 2 ur question;;; yes u need 2 use weights 2 build muscle;if u dont want 2 b bulky,just use light weights 2 tone ur body;dumbbells exercise the arms;u need 2 workout on the other parts of ur body aswell;swimming,badminton,or tennis,
    great workouts,no good if u hav muscles in ur arms n the rest of ur body looks like a sack of potatoes;;
    “there is an alternative,get a job on the building site,become a hud carrier,or a plasterers mate;;me id stick 2 what ive said;;
