I’am 5′7 so I have pretty long leggs , my calves are thin but I would like my thighs to be thinner with out building muscle , Is that possible ? ppplllzzz help , thankzzz oh , and I don’t know if this matters but I’am a girl ….

    Try yoga. It will actually make your muscles leaner, it can lenthen them. And you’ll be more flexible. But don’t worry about trying to twist yourself up like a pretzle. Get a Yoga for beginners video or DVD. As long as it says for beginners it’s actually quite simple.
