I want 2 build up body (arms, leg, and stomach muscles etc (or whatever they are). I have some 1.5kg dumbells, and an exercise bike… what exersises (like situps??) or training would you reccomend??? and how much for how long etc?

    You got to buy new set of dumbbells. The key to growing muscles is add weight on each training. If you use the same weight, your muscle won’t grow.
