I need a guide or something some one can give me on eating right like for being fit for muscle mass and losing gut. What kind of foods should i eat? how should I eat? (often or not) can any one give a guide (of their own not one i have to buy) or tips on that kind of thing? I want to get fit have muscle and lose this stinking gut. help.

    ah ha, i can help

    go to youtube and look for it
    there are videos

    mostly high protein, and high carb, low fat
    eat yougert yum!
    oatmeal
    drink soy milk
    eat nuts and seeds
    plenty of vegetable and fruits (fresh, not canned or frozen)
