building muscle
The Adrian asked:

I’m not fat at all. Does eating greasy food negatively affect my ability to build muscle? I heard I should stay away from those foods and eat strictly protein rich foods. It can’t hurt if I’m not fat right?

greasy food means that you are eating a LOT of saturated fat. that fat gets stuck in Your blood vessels and can clog them up .. besides the, this fat also goes between your muscle fiber and cause an obstacle when working out, it blocks some of the fibers conduction
