Anybody who does martial arts, what do you do to keep your feet from slipping in wide stances? My feet always slide around. I asked how to build calluses on here and an answerer who does martial arts said building muscles to hold the feet in place are better than calluses.

So what do you all do to build those muscles?

    i work out alot..eat healthy (to stop fat) i go to the gym every day..lift wights that kind of stuff

    If your feet are slipping than its simply too dry Or too slippery. If you can buy a pair of martial arts shoes. THey are high grip and look cool.
