Selatson M asked:

I dont like taking artificial supplements because its not known if they do more harm long term than short term benefits. Like creatine for example, it helps to retain water in muscles thats why they look bigger but not actual muscles growth.

Im a vegan i.e. no meat, no dairy.

Anyone knows natural supplements to help build muscles?

Joanne

Hey, I own a sports nutrition company. Nothing legal will directly build muscle. Supplements will support or enhance your ability to work out hard and recover, but not directly build muscle. Creatine is a good supplement for bodybuilders. It helps to fuel your ATP level, which helps you to work out harder and recover. Intensive effective workouts and proper recovery are what builds muscle.

Yeah sure is. Hit the weights and don’t pussyfoot it. Get on a high protein dedicated diet. 1.5G of protein per pound of weight. If your new to supps, get a protein blend, and maybe some creatine. Don’t forget a good multivitamin.
