When you say drugs, I am assuming you are talking about pharmaceutical substances? If so, then the answer is no. There are no approved drugs that promote muscle development. Sure, hormone shots will definitely do the trick, but they’re certainly not approved for that use.
In truth, as a nutritionist and trainer, I can attest that there is SO MUCH you can do to build up a great body WITHOUT the use of any special substances or drugs. My clients have successfully put on 1 pound per week just through solid nutrition and hard training. The only supplements I use for my clients are BCAAs, Protein powders (both whey and protein blends) and Creatine. I seriously doubt you’d need anything else.
Remember, people have been building incredible physiques for centuries literally, using nothing but hard training and a diet of steak, eggs and milk. You don’t need anything fancy to build muscles. But you do need 2 things:
1) Hard Work
2) Patience
