After multiple strains, the muscles of the my lower left leg have atrophied. Anyone have any tips for building the peroneus muscles without involving the gasrocnemius or soleus muscles? Calf raises don’t seem to solicit the musles on the side of the leg.

I’m 5′4 and weight about 110. I’m not looking to lose weight, but I’d like to tone up……what I’d really like is a ballerina/dancer’s type body.
Unfortunately, I’m a little on the squat side and I build muscle extremely easily, which can end up giving me a bulky/boxy look….not what I’m going for!
How can I just tone up. get better posture, and get longer muscles?

I dont like taking artificial supplements because its not known if they do more harm long term than short term benefits. Like creatine for example, it helps to retain water in muscles thats why they look bigger but not actual muscles growth.
Im a vegan i.e. no meat, no dairy.
Anyone knows natural supplements to help build muscles?

I want to get in shape, but i want to know which way is faster and easier to make my body look like im in shape. Is it faster to build muscle or lose fat ? and which one is easier?
which one will show results faster?
both true, but do you think it would be worth it to build some muscle and lose a bit of stuburn belly fat?
I am going to get in shape either way, so should i just lose the belly fat i have, or do you think it would be worth it to build some muscle?

Does building muscle burn fat in a certain area faster?

If I were to work out my abdominal area to build more muscle, strengthen, etc., when compared to my legs for example, in which area being worked out would the fat burn or shrink quicker?
My guess is the abdominal region for obvious reasons but please provide a valid reason with a source if possible.

where can i find a good work out schedule that focuses on muscle building?

im looking for a work out routine i can use once a day or once every two days that doesnt require the use of any sort of weights but focuses more on sit ups, push-ups and those sorts of work outs. i want it to lean more towards muscle building as apposed to stamina. any help is appreciated.
