I am a 19 year old fit, slim male 5′11 I used to work out and weight train daily. But my muscle gain seemed very gradual. I eventually increased my arm diamiter from 9 to 15 currently. Can anyone recommend a diet that would help me show a little faster results? Thanks,

I want something i can ingest that will help me to build up muscle, but not risk harsh side effects on other parts of my body. I’m below average weight and want faster results from my work out for better muscle tone. Don’t suggest something like steroids cuz i obviously dont want something that is actually bad for me despite its ability to build muscle. Please leave your suggestions or a product you have used that has shown good results!

What’s the best diet for building muscle naturally? Do you happen to know of any supplements that would assist in this? (I am only looking for methods that are PROVEN to be safe!)

What can I do to lose weight in my stomach and legs without building muscle. B/c if I build up muscle, it’ll still look fat, right? xP
I’m 15 and 5′2 and weigh around 130-140lbs… Would walking a lot slim my legs and stomach down without gettin’ all muscly ‘n stuff…? Heh…
Thanks… And um… yeah… I think when I’ve had stretch marks on my thighs for over a year and am starting to get them on my calves, I can start worrying… Heh… Which has happened already… x(
And I mean that I don’t want to lose weight, yet build so much muscle, my legs still look fat… xP

I am a teenager and I want to gain muscle. I do not want to go on a french fry and dessert diet though cause I do not want to gain fat. My dad says milkshakes would be good cause they would turn into muscle since I am so active. Is that true?

If so which ones? I’m in my mid 30’s and just started working out again, and I want to build muscle mass. Am I better off just sticking to the weights without anything or would a supplement help me put on some extra muscle and increase my strength at a greater rate?

I currently take protein and lift 4-5 times a week. I recently decided to start running as well, but i am not sure if it will hinder my muscle building if i run right after a workout.

I’m 5′11, 18 years old, 64 kg, male. Let’s say I eat 3200 calories during the day I work out instead of the 2500 calories I’m supposed to eat. will the extra calories go into building muscle or will it all go to fat?

I want to build muscle but I don’t see the need in taking any supplements. I’m stronger than people I see taking stuff anyway.

I’m a skinny guy trying to build some muscle with new weight training and exercises and diet, etc. I also like to run, which I’ve been doing for a while. Will the running negatively impact my ability to gain muscle in key areas and work on a six-pack?
